Whether I'm on the road or rugged up at home, I do my best to take a holistic approach to my health. I make sure to move my body every day, to breathe deep and make space for silence and to listen to my body for the fuel it needs on any given day. The kitchen is where I feel most meditative, it's where I find a true sense of tranquility, my thoughts shut off and my mind is free to be creative. On my Yoga mat, I have the confidence to move and express myself in a safe space. And in nature I am able to experience space around me so that I might create space within me.
