Sometimes i feel like im not giving baby Blu enough variety to her diet. We can be on the go and she ends up eating similar things and i suffer bad mum guilt. Today i decided to create a variety of snack balls for her that i can have handy in the freezer. This way if she is eating sweet potato for the seventh lunch in a row at least i can relax because i know she had a superfood ball for snack :)
Morning Jing is a fantastic tasting, super-nutritious blend of powdered superfoods and herbs. It is designed to get your day started with deep invigoration by replenishing the kidney 'Jing'. To get in the spirit of fall I decided to create some healthy treats packed with as many superfoods as I can fit in. Today I was working with superfoods walnuts, cinnamon and (optional) Doterra "On Guard" essential oil. Creating the perfect treat means packing in as many superfoods as possible and yet making it taste scrumptious so people say things like "oh my god, I could eat healthy all the time if I could have things like this".
This amazing meaty (but not meaty) pumpkin seed meat is the perfect pre made spread/dip/ taco meat to have as a ready to go meal. I always make twice the amount i need and leave in the fridge. Its perfect to put on coconut wraps or nori paper with salad. You can also mix a little in with a fresh green salad and it provides the good fats and protein your body (my body) craves.
