I learnt how to make “Apple Crumble” when I was 12 years old in “Home Economics Class”. This recipe is inspired from all the way back then with a few health-conscious tweaks of course.
Sometimes i feel like im not giving baby Blu enough variety to her diet. We can be on the go and she ends up eating similar things and i suffer bad mum guilt. Today i decided to create a variety of snack balls for her that i can have handy in the freezer. This way if she is eating sweet potato for the seventh lunch in a row at least i can relax because i know she had a superfood ball for snack :)
