The body is a wonderful thing that I will never fully understand, but I will always trust. I have had some weird cravings of late where all the foods I usually like I currently unfortunately dislike. A very strong urge for dairy started a few weeks back. Of course at first I didn't want to listen because dairy was not apart of the perfect diet I had planned for myself.  Then a little voice inside my head reminded me "Listen to your body." Practice what you preach.

This amazing meaty (but not meaty) pumpkin seed meat is the perfect pre made spread/dip/ taco meat to have as a ready to go meal. I always make twice the amount i need and leave in the fridge. Its perfect to put on coconut wraps or nori paper with salad. You can also mix a little in with a fresh green salad and it provides the good fats and protein your body (my body) craves.
